Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and packed by our fulfillment partner, which usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes 2 to 4 business days by USPS. Most customers receive their order within 5 to 9 business days of placing it. Very large orders or busy periods such as holidays may take a little longer.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 6 business days of ordering, email info@trytruvale.com and we will look into it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on the 2 jar and 3 jar plans and on all recurring subscription shipments.

Recurring shipments

Subscription orders are sent automatically on your plan schedule and follow the same processing and delivery times above. We aim to have your next supply with you before the previous one runs out.

Lost, delayed, or undelivered packages

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or the package shows as delivered but you cannot find it, email info@trytruvale.com. We will investigate with the carrier and, if it cannot be located, send a replacement.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once at no charge.
